Vicky Nish Artist in Acrylics Born in Moosejaw, Saskatchewan, and growing up in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Vicky has always loved the arts. She studied commercial art and has worked full time as a graphic designer in the Kelowna area for many years. Vicky also spent many years (part time) as a singer/musician, also a passion. In 2015, Vicky Nish returned to painting after a long hiatus devoted to making a living for her family. As an artist and musician, she is inspired by events that she has taken part in and people she knows and admires. Her music inspired art pairs people and places to create interesting stories, with acrylics being her first choice of media.
