Tougas, Debbie

Penticton artist Debbie Tougas is a an Active member of the Federation of Canadian Artists. The unique quality to Debbie’s work is felt through her use of vibrant color with her ultimate goal being expression in a contemporary and abstract form. You can find her painting most weekdays in her studio at the Leir House cultural center in Penticton.
