Bogdanovic, Izabela

Izabela Bogdanovic (b. 1976) is a visual artist based in West Kelowna, BC. Before moving to Canada in 2010, she lived in Serbia and Malta. She worked as a writer and a graphic designer till 2016 when she pursued a full time visual art career. She experimented with different mediums before establishing herself as an oil painter. Izabela is pressed to work by the immediate and forever beauty and abundance of nature. Her artwork aims to transfer that insight to indoor spaces transcending seasons and dark times. Izabela is a member of a few Okanagan artist groups: Live Essence Society for Figurative Artists, Okanagan Artist Coalition and West Kelowna Art Group.
