The Joy of Art Journals / Junk Journals
Art and storytelling go hand in hand. Sketchbooks, concertina books, altered children’s board books, hardcovers of old books; all are the beginning of filling the pages as you desire. This two-hour, hands-on workshop consists of building your own art journal by altering a book. You will determine your purpose for the journal, then build the book and add fine details with all kinds of materials and tools.
This workshop is free, and all materials are provided.
Instructor: Jaine Buse, a multi-faceted, mixed-media artist.
