Art inspired and Created by Persons with Acquired Brain Injury!
We welcome the Brain Trust organization to ArtWalk this year to reveal how they use art and storytelling to assist Acquired Brain Injury persons.
“Brain Trust Canada aims to re-awaken our creativity, self-expression, and problem solving, which in turn is helping our brain to reopen and redirect the neurological pathways and hopefully in some small way help heal the mind. We are sharing a laugh, our hopes, dreams, and life stories. We can carry a tune or two on a good day. We are proud of this creative space, where all are welcome and are not judged. And proud of who we are now, after our brain injury.”
The Brain Trust display can be found in the Foyer of the Middle School.
