Atkins, Kirsten

Kirsten Atkins is not just a professional seamstress but an incredibly talented and imaginative eco-designer. Over her 30 year career she has designed and made Costumes including Halloween Costume rentals for 20 years, Klondike period costuming for Parks Canada as well as costumes for the Cancan dancers in Dawson City. Wedding dresses and Grad dresses as well. She has been living in Kamloops for the past ten years sewing for clients and designing for her business KLA Originals One of a kind sweater wear. Kirsten currently attends many Art and Music Festivals in the summertime when she is not home working in her studio.
