Stel, Peggy

Originally from Richmond, Peggy studied Fine Arts at VCC-Langara. She moved to the Okanagan with her husband in 1989, and currently resides in Penticton. Peggy has participated in several art shows in Vancouver as well as the Okanagan. Peggy is proud to be the owner and operator of Picture This Custom Framing and Gallery in Penticton. She feels fortunate that her work immerses her in such a wide variety of fine art, and provides her with opportunities to meet with other artists on a daily basis.
