Liz lives in Vernon and took up painting after 20 years of running her own advertising company. She has always been drawn to outdoor scenes from around the Okanagan (and the world) and finally has time to explore this beauty. She is enjoying her journey and finds great joy in painting as she continues learning, discovering and trying new things. An avid hiker and outdoor enthusiast, Liz appreciates the beauty and wonder of nature and is constantly on the lookout for inspiration. Acrylic is her medium of choice so far but has started to dabble in oils as well. Liz is a member of the North Okanagan Federation of Canadian Artists, Central Okanagan Federation of Canadian Artists and Okanagan Artists of Canada.
