Edwards, Theresa

Theresa is a full-time artist whose work is largely inspired by nature and driven by a love of colour, light and shadow. Her paintings are made of many layers and often highly textured. Her current series focuses on the beauty of Western Canada from the perspective of a hiker. She enjoys taking favourite snapshots from a hike, breaking them down and allowing each painting to evolve as she adds colour and life. She pours joy into her paintings and believes that they become conduits of positive energy that get shared with the world. Theresa works out of her home studio in Kelowna.
